Last Updated: October 19, 2026

Recirc Wellness LLC (“Recirc Wellness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a platform that connects consumers with fitness and wellness studios and service providers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our platform and services.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website at https://recircwellness.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”), and other services that we may provide from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our services from a child under 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

1. What Does Recirc Wellness Do?

Recirc Wellness enables consumers (“Recirc Wellness Users”) to discover, book, and participate in fitness, wellness, movement, recovery, and other services offered by studios, gyms, instructors, practitioners, and other third parties through our platform (“Partners”).

Our platform is designed to help Recirc Wellness Users discover services that match their interests and preferences and connect with Partners offering those services. Our Services may include search and discovery features, booking functionality, information about classes and services, and other features that facilitate connections between Recirc Wellness Users and Partners.

Payment information: If you make a purchase through our Services, we or our payment service providers may collect payment and billing information. The payment information we receive depends on the payment method and provider. Where a third-party payment provider processes your payment details directly, we may receive transaction records, payment tokens, or limited payment information rather than your full payment card details.

Communications and feedback. We collect personal information when you contact us, submit questions or feedback, respond to surveys, participate in promotions, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include the content of your communications and the contact information you provide.

Marketing information: We may collect your preferences for receiving communications from us and information about how you interact with our marketing emails or other communications.

Device and technical information. This may include your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, device identifiers, language settings, and other technical information.

Usage information: We may collect information about how you interact with our Site, including pages viewed, searches performed, Partners or services viewed, links clicked, navigation paths, access dates and times, and the duration and frequency of your visits.

Location information: We may collect general location information, such as a city or region inferred from your IP address. If our mobile applications or other Services offer location-based features and you grant the necessary permission, we may also collect precise geolocation information from your device. You can manage location permissions through your device or browser settings.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, analyze performance, measure communications, and support marketing and advertising where applicable.

Blocking certain cookies or similar technologies may affect the availability or functionality of some features.

You may also be able to limit interest-based advertising through device settings, participating advertising platforms, and industry opt-out tools. These options may apply only to the browser or device on which you exercise them and may not stop all advertising or data collection.

Location Permissions

Some privacy choices may not apply to information necessary to complete a transaction, provide a service you request, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, or establish or defend legal claims.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

California law defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly. Sharing may include making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money is exchanged.

If our activities constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA, California residents may have the right to opt out. We will provide the required opt-out mechanisms and honor valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control signals, as required by law.

To exercise an applicable opt-out right, use the privacy choices made available on our Site or submit a request using the contact details in the “How to Connect With Us” section below.

  • Delete personal information we collected from them, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about them.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.

  • Receive equal treatment when exercising their privacy rights, without unlawful discrimination.

Additional rights may apply to certain automated decision-making activities or profiling under applicable California law.

How to Exercise Your California Privacy Rights

To exercise a California privacy right, submit a request using the contact details in the “How to Connect With Us” section below.

Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

We will respond within the time periods required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason to the extent required by law.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We may retain information as permitted or required by law, including when necessary to complete transactions, maintain records, protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Notice at Collection and Retention

At or before the point of collection, we will provide any separate notice at collection required by California law, including information about the categories of personal information collected, purposes of collection and use, retention periods or criteria, and other required disclosures.

We retain personal information according to the criteria described in Section 8.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, social media platforms, or other services. These third parties may independently collect and use personal information under their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not control the independent privacy practices of third parties and are not responsible for their websites or services. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies before providing information to them.

Partners may independently collect, maintain, and use personal information about Recirc Wellness Users. Questions about a Partner's independent collection or use of personal information should be directed to that Partner.

8. Information Security and Retention

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot 100% guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain accounts and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods depend on the type and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate operational needs.

When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.

Deleting an account does not necessarily delete information we are legally required or permitted to retain, or information independently maintained by a Partner or other third party.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Site, Services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing material changes.
